First use: Bend the metal tab inside the heart to activate it. You'll feel it start to warm almost immediately as the crystals inside crystallize.

To reactivate:

  1. Place the heart in the middle of a pot of boiling water
  2. Let it sit until the crystals fully reliquefy, about 10 minutes
  3. Retrieve it with tongs and let it cool before handling
  4. Once cooled and solid again, bend the tab to reactivate whenever you're ready
Let the heart cool to a comfortable temperature before applying directly to skin.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging it in water except when reheating to reliquefy the crystals.
