Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we stand by the quality of everything we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate. Most toys have a year warranty, so please reach out if the warranty needs to be used.
