power on and cycle each end independently, the wand head and the handle run their own speeds so you can dial each one in separately or match them up. start on a lower speed while you find your angle, especially on the flexible end, then build up from there. hold the turbo button any time you want that 12-second surge at either end, it doesn't have to be a whole session, just a moment when you want the extra push.
